Are all pieces hand-made?
Totally. Richard designs and creates all the graphics, prepares and paints all the frames. I do all the fiddly bits, the sewing, the sticking and beading. We both then enjoy putting all elements together to create a finished art work.

Where do you source all fabrics, trims and beads from?
All over the world...It has taken well over a year to source all the correct suppliers...A huge majority of the beads and metal flowers we use date back to the 1950's and 1960's, giving art pieces a really exquisite, individual vintage feel.

Are all the frames hand-made?
Yes. We use a skilled local framer to make all our pieces to order using Obeche wood. We then prepare frames and paint them in our studio.
All frames have 3 layers of paint, the paint we use is Farrow and Ball, the colour, Pointing, No. 2003. As mentioned, each frame is made and painted by hand to a high standard but still keeping that unique hand crafted finish.
We can paint your frame in a different Farrow and Ball colour, we may already have the colour you want in our studio. If not, there will be a small extra charge to cover the paint cost. Please let us know on your order form if this applies.

Making a purchase...
Making a purchase could not be easier.

1.	Click on the PURCHASE WALL ART button found at the bottom of each gallery page.
2.	Fill in all required information.
3.	Click on SUBMIT button.
4.	We will confirm your order and send an invoice via email.
5.	We would then expect payment via cheque, paypal or credit/debit cards (shown below) within 7 days of placing your order. Cheques made payable to: Baggaley Bergstrom. Please post to: Baggaley Bergstrom, 20 Austin Street, Stamford, Lincolnshire, PE9 2QP.
6.	When we have received payment we will confirm a delivery date via email.

Delivery
As all our art pieces are completely hand-made we state 21-28 days delivery time; this is taken from the day we receive your payment... we may be able to deliver a lot quicker than this depending on our work load. Just let us know if you need your wall art urgently and we will see what we can do.

Delivery Charge
We always send our wall art on the Special Delivery Service, this guarantees you will receive next day before 1pm, we do not charge for delivery.

Colour
Due to variation in colour and calibrations of monitors and printers the colour of our art on screen will vary a little from delivered finished pieces.

Can I visit Baggaley Bergstrom before making a purchase?
Yes of course, We are more than happy for you to see our work before making a purchase. Stamford is also a great place to visit for the day, steeped in history with lots of great independent shops, eateries and coffee shops.

Refunds
As all of our personalized art pieces are made to order we are unable to offer an exchange or refund...we take great care in packing your art, if on the very, very rare occasion a piece is damaged in transit please contact us immediately.
